Soul Sanskar Healthcare Private Limited ("Soul Sanskar," "we," "our," or "us") values your trust. This Privacy Policy explains, in plain language, what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account: name, email address, mobile number (used for WhatsApp OTP sign-in), language, timezone, city/region.
- Health information about you: pregnancy stage, estimated due date, delivery date and delivery type, weekly check-in answers, symptoms and the flags you mark to discuss with a doctor, weight, medical conditions you tell us about.
- Health information about your baby: date of birth, feed, sleep, nappy, weight, height and head-circumference logs, vaccination records, milestones.
- Files and photos: medical reports, prescriptions and clinical photos you upload to the Medical Vault.
- Messages: your chats with SoulAI, your consultation chats with our doctors and nutritionists, and your messages to our support team.
- Payment details: we receive only the order, amount, status and the last four digits / method description from our payment partners. We never see or store your full card, UPI-PIN or bank credentials.
Information collected automatically
- Device model, operating system and version, app version and build.
- Push notification token (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
- Crash and diagnostic reports (Sentry).
- In-app usage events (screens opened, features used) to improve the product.
- Approximate country/region, to show the right currency and class timings.
2. How we use it
To create and run your account; to personalise your classes, weekly plan and reminders; to let our doctors and nutritionists answer you; to process payments and manage subscriptions; to send you class, booking and reminder notifications; to provide support; to keep the service secure and to comply with law. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for advertising or cross-app tracking.
3. AI processing
SoulAI answers are generated using third-party AI models (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic) called from our servers. Your message text and the pregnancy or baby context needed to answer it are sent for processing. This content is not used to train those providers' public models. SoulAI answers are informational — see our Medical Disclaimer.

We also share with our own doctors and nutritionists — only after you grant consent, and you can revoke it in Settings → Privacy & Data Sharing.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay (trial classes, consultations, Elite care program, courses bought on the website) and by Apple or Google Play (SoulAI Coach and Baby Tracker subscriptions bought inside the app). We do not store card data.
6. Children
The service is for adults aged 18 and over. We store information about a baby on behalf of the parent or legal guardian who entered it. We do not knowingly create accounts for minors.
7. Security and retention
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We keep your data for as long as your account is active. After a deletion request we delete or anonymise it within 30 days, except invoices and GST records which Indian tax law requires us to keep for the statutory period.
8. Your rights
You can access, correct, download or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Delete your account from Settings → Account actions → Delete account in the app, or use https://www.soulsanskar.com/delete-account.

9. Sign in with Apple
If you sign in with Apple, we receive only the name and the email (or Apple's private relay address) that you choose to share. When you delete your account we revoke our Apple access token, and you can also remove it from Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple.
10. Changes to this policy
We'll notify you before any material change to this policy. The latest version will always be available on this page with the updated date.
