Soul Sanskar offers educational and wellness content, including prenatal yoga, postnatal care, Hypnobirthing, and related guidance. While our programs are developed with care:

• We do not offer medical advice and are not a substitute for professional medical consultation.
• Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise, especially during pregnancy.
• Use of our services is at your own risk. You acknowledge that pregnancy involves inherent physical risks and release us from liability in the event of any injury or medical issue.
