Refund Policy

At Soul Sanskar Healthcare Private Limited, we are committed to supporting every woman's unique pregnancy and postpartum journey through personalized care and flexibility. This Refund Policy applies to all services offered through our website, mobile application, and partner platforms, including in both India and the United States.
1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Miscarriage
In the unfortunate event of a miscarriage, clients are eligible for a full refund of unused classes remaining in their account. Documentation from a qualified healthcare provider will be required and kept strictly confidential.
1.2 Abortion
In case of a medically confirmed abortion, clients are also eligible for a full refund of remaining unused classes. Documentation is required for verification.
1.3 Trial/Experience Class/Any Trial Program
If you attend a paid Trial or Experience Class, and you are dissatisfied, you may request a full refund within 3 hours of class completion. Requests received after this time frame will not be eligible. Validity of Trial Program is (3 Days x total number of classes). For example, if you buy a 1-day trial, the validity will be 3 days for you to take the trial. In case you are not able to, you can inform us within 3 days of purchase for an exception; if not done, classes will stand lapsed.
1.4 1:1 Personalized Class Packages (Pro-Rata Basis)
Clients enrolled in 1:1 personalized class packages are eligible for a pro-rata refund for any unused sessions, provided:
- A written request for discontinuation must be submitted at least 7 days in advance.
- Refund will be calculated based on the number of unused sessions at the time the discontinuation takes effect.
- No refunds will be issued for sessions already attended or scheduled during the 7-day notice period.
1.5 Group Classes & 1:1 Classes
For Group Classes, missed classes are considered lapsed, and no refund or compensation will be provided. For 1:1 Classes, if the student informs 24 hours in advance, the session will be rescheduled without charge; otherwise, the class will be deducted.
2. Refund Process
- Email us at foundersoffice@soulsanskar.com with your name, contact details, booking reference, and reason for refund.
- For medical refunds, attach relevant documentation from a licensed medical provider.
- Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment within 5-7 business days of confirmation.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
- Change of mind or personal schedule conflicts
- Discontinuation without prior 7-day notice (for 1:1 classes)
- General dissatisfaction outside the scope of the Trial/Experience Class
- No-shows or late cancellations of scheduled classes
- Expired class packages or unused sessions after validity period
4. Transfer & Expiry
- Unused classes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for credit or cash.
- Class packages come with a defined validity period, after which unused sessions will expire and cannot be refunded.
5. International Policy Coverage
This policy is applicable to clients accessing Soul Sanskar's services from India, the United States, and other international locations. Currency exchange or international transaction fees (if any) will be governed by the payment provider and are not refundable by Soul Sanskar.
